Our Values

We have strong personal values around our integrity as humans and practitioners, with inclusivity and being welcoming to everyone that we serve as one of the most important ways that we can express this. We work to actively bring this into our healthcare philosophy and space by accepting the individual in front of us as they come. We prioritise each unique client’s specific needs to ensure they are being provided a safe space and the most appropriate health advice for who they are- no exceptions and no judgement.

We work to educate ourselves and support our Indigenous peoples and acknowledge that we live on the land of the Yaluk-ut Weelam clan of the Boon Wurrung, the Traditional Owners of Port Phillip. We continually work to being able to respectfully treat people of any nationality by taking into consideration their customs and requirements when it comes to healthcare treatment.

We are in full support of the LGBTIQA+ community and reflect this in our everyday lives through our friendship circles, advocacy and self-education, and in practice, by understanding the unique needs presented for this diverse community.

Belinda's Values

Working towards inclusivity and equality, particularly in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and the LGBTIQA+ community, is a large focus of my advocacy and a strong personal value that I endeavour to make obvious in the way I relate to anyone I meet.

I have a huge love of nature (reflected in my practice of natural medicine) which extends to not only working with nature to support the human body in my practice, but being environmentally conscious in regards to the equipment, practices and products I use and the general choices I make personally and professionally.

I have been vegan for over 12 years (and vegetarian since age 11) and this is reflected in my love and advocacy for animals and my delight in supporting new exciting vegan foods, restaurants and events (hit me up for hot tips!). However, this is not necessarily reflected in my practice (unless you are also vegan!) as I ensure that I am well-versed in nutrition and supplements that are animal sourced and will always recommend this for my clients who require it, if I believe it to be the best possible option.

Vera's Values

I am a massive advocate for preventive medicine and chronic disease management the natural way. I specialise both in western and eastern medicine models but I do believe the key link is combining both practices to improve client outcomes. I love every aspect of natural medicine practicing it daily for myself and the people I love, not only in health but the environment around me. I love empowering people with education on health, self-love, nutrition, lifestyle and management of the planet with sustainability practices.

I am a nutrition nerd that firmly believes food is medicine. I have in-depth knowledge of dietary choices and love to help a diverse group of people ranging from vegan to ketogenic- whatever your jam, I am here to help. My love for immune function, the human body and its sometimes problematic scenarios shows in my consultations as I tailor diet and lifestyles plans specific to you. Every human is made up of the same cells, but no one person is the same.
